The core components of marine cranes (mainly slewing deck cranes) are as follows:

1. Base and slewing mechanism: fixed deck base, slewing bearing and slewing drive (motor/hydraulic motor with reduction and brake), which form the load-bearing and rotating foundation of the whole crane.

2. Boom and luffing system: telescopic, folding or truss boom, equipped with luffing cylinder or steel wire rope to adjust the working radius and height.

3. Hoisting mechanism: winch drum, high-strength steel wire rope, pulley block and hook assembly, with drive and brake to lift heavy objects.

4. Power, hydraulic and electrical system: hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, or motors with control cabinets, responsible for power output and precise control.

5. Operation and safety devices: cab, control console, PLC/remote control system, equipped with overload protection, height and radius limit, anti-tipping, anti-swing, emergency stop, etc.

6. Auxiliary structures: counterweight, guards, anti-corrosion coating, lighting, ladder access, etc.
