When a truck-mounted crane is performing lifting operations, due to reasons such as lifting overly heavy objects, excessive inertial force caused by operational errors, settlement of the support surface, or excessive wind force, the crane often suddenly loses stability or even overturns, resulting in accidents.
The causes of internal and external leakage in hydraulic cylinders:
1. If the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder is severely worn or has deep grooves pulled out, or there are cavitation areas on the inner wall of the cylinder body, this can also be repaired by brush plating process.
Second, if the sealing gasket on the piston is worn, it can be replaced at this time.
If the surface of the piston rod (or plunger) is severely worn or has grooves pulled out, it can be repaired by electroplating or metal brush plating.
Fourth, the inner surface of the guide sleeve is worn. As the guide sleeve is low in price, it is generally replaced.
Inspection methods for hydraulic cylinders
First, stick a piece of paper on the extended piston rod with grease and measure the change in the distance from the upper end of the paper to the end of the hydraulic cylinder, which is also the retraction of the hydraulic cylinder.
Second, lock a rubber plate that can be released and locked onto the piston rod. The measurement method is the same as that for using a paper sheet.
Iii. Use a dial indicator to attach the magnetic base to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, and press the pointer against the end face of the cylinder barrel. Observe the change value of the pointer before and after the engine is turned off for 15 minutes (including the following two methods), which is the retraction of the hydraulic cylinder.
There are many types of cranes, and the objects they lift are diverse, but they all have some basic and generally applicable stability technical requirements.
When a sudden power outage occurs during work, all controller handles should be returned to the zero position. Before resuming work, it is necessary to check whether all the crane movements are normal.
When the crane operating outdoors on the track finishes its work, it should be anchored. When the wind force exceeds level 6, work should generally be stopped and the crane anchored. For portal cranes operating along the coast, when the wind force exceeds level 7, work should be halted and the cranes anchored.
Iii. The driver of each crane must undergo training, pass the assessment and hold an operation certificate before being allowed to operate.
When the crane driver takes over the shift, he should inspect the brake, hook, steel wire rope and stabilizing device. If abnormal performance is found, it should be eliminated before operation.
V. Before driving, it is necessary to ring the bell or give an alarm. When approaching people during operation, a continuous ringtone or alarm should also be given.
Six. Operations should be carried out in accordance with the command signals. Upon hearing the emergency stop signal, no matter who gives it, it should be executed immediately.
Seven. The main power supply can only be closed when it is confirmed that there is no one on or around the small crane. If the power circuit breaker is locked or marked with a sign, it should be removed by relevant personnel before the power is closed.
Before closing the main power supply, all controller handles should be set to zero position.
Small cranes are a relatively common type of lifting and hoisting vehicle in the construction industry. They are known as "a brick of reform, ready to be moved wherever needed". In other words, they can operate in various different environments and under considerable pressure. Therefore, long-term operation is particularly prone to damage to the vehicle, including the problem of rusting. Although the raw materials for making small cranes are generally all stainless steel plates, they are not always rust-proof. Under specified standards, it can also cause rusting problems, affecting their service life. Next, let's talk about how to prevent 10-ton cranes from rusting problems.
1. Regularly carry out maintenance and care work on the body paint of the small crane. After being used for a period of time, the paint is very likely to fall off, which will affect its maintenance effect. Therefore, when we disassemble and maintain the crane, we need to do the paint maintenance work. Generally, the crane should be inspected from multiple angles once a year. If it is found that the surface of the coating has no luster, the surface of the coating is not smooth, the weathering layer and the cracking reach 25%, When there are bubbles in the paint strands or when the steel parts of the small crane show a light rust of 40%, it is necessary to immediately maintain and service the paint.
Second, when applying the paint protective layer to the small crane, pay attention to the application method. The quality of the application is the key to preventing the 10-ton crane from rusting. When applying paint, the topcoat should be applied first, followed by the paint to ensure proper compatibility and excellent adhesion between the two. In addition, based on the chemical properties of different types of paint, select the appropriate paint for the matching facilities to ensure excellent adhesion between the topcoat and the paint, and prevent the problem of paint falling off during the application process.
